Terms of Service
Last updated May 31, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yeti API and dashboard at yetiids.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Yeti provides an HTTP API that generates universally unique identifiers (UUIDs). Access is authenticated with API keys and subject to the rate limits and monthly quotas of your plan.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. Any activity under your keys is your responsibility.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or authentication.
- Resell or redistribute the Service in a way that competes with it without our permission.
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Plans and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider, Polar.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- We may change plan pricing or limits with reasonable notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance or modify features over time.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yeti will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
